Excellent and versatile album. I love the opener Soft Shell and also the wonderful Lars Leonhard Remix is awesome, the acid line in Roadtrip makes the track perfect, and finally I also love the deepness of Stargate that teleports me into Space(Night), well done guys!

Fabulous stuff! Games 2022 is a great delicate opener and Borka FM cranks up the groove machine immediately after the intro. Other standouts include Deeply’s spaced out techy remix, Carsten’s ambient breakbeat in Black Space and of course the epic, trip to the stars outro of Lars.

Laurent Humblot is a french producer that works his music under his The Element moniker with originals and remixes released worldwide on several great labels. Together with Steve Fastbinder he is also running the label Drakkar Recordings as well as his own imprint E.recordings.
Carsten Sommer from Germany has been serving different genres with his band projects Garbo and Juno Lux as well, the synonyme “T.O.N.” and his real name Carsten Keller (now Carsten Sommer). Additional to that he was also running his own imprint Schaltkreis and composed music for many commercial audio-visual media projects working for a lot of worldwide known brands. For the dance theatre production “Pop Eye” he has won the dance price of the “SK Foundation” from Cologne.

Hailing from Magdeburg, Germany Stromlinie stands for high quality and soulful electronic music in many different directions. He has chosen Tiger to rework it as a Progressive Breaks track in a minimal way and his unique style and sound.
Kellie Sakkaku is the project of Mr. Lookman and Pale Penguin. Long time friends and partners in various projects, both of them are well known producers and djs in the Greek electronic scence for more than 20 years now. Their interpretation of the track Starlight is a slow Acid mover coming up with a relaxed weirdness and reminds a bit of some older Cristian Vogel productions.
Wicked Stuff. Love Nicky’s progressive deep journey and Kellie Sakkaku is absolute dope. Love this mysterious vibe, slow rhythm and wicked acid bassline wow! Thanks for sending

Beside electronic club music Claas Reimer always has been inspired by genres like Lounge, Dub, Downbeat, Funk, Electronica as well as artists like Alter Ego / Sensorama, Jean Michel Jarre, Thievery Corporation, LTJ Bukem, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Fat Freddys Drop, Massive Attack, Hardfloor / Dadamnphreaknoizephunk, just to name a few examples.
Last but not least the german Krautrock band Flaming Bess (founded in 1969) which he has worked with for 3 albums, have deeply influenced his way of creating and feeling music.
Travel Guide contains 12 tracks full of musical impressions more or less far away from his original roots – but as always also with a minimal approach as well.
Superb piece of work mate. likin the different styles on it. Exotic Food, Mystery Island, Plastic Surgery and Yoga are my faves, especially the first two are totally great.

Carsten Sommer aka Carsten Keller – Collected (CLSRM 013)
Carsten Sommer (former name Carsten Keller) is musician and composer for electronic (pop) music since middle of the 90s. He released also under aliases as Garbo, T.O.N and Juno Lux on his own imprint Schaltkreis which you might know by the releases of chaos:digital and urban electronic poetry.
Also he composed music for many commercial audio-visual media projects, working for brands like Puma, Daimler, The German Cancer Association, Sebastian, Vidal SASSOON, Novartis und many others.
On CLSRM Digital, he has already published two EPs under his own name, enriched with remixes e.g. by NASA video sound supplier Lars Leonard and compact artist Max Würden. In 2019, a collection of collaborations with label owner Claas Reimer joined as well as live recordings. Collected contains a selection of 13 tracks from all of these releases combined as an album.
Underwater Fear, Surprise, Beluga and Smoky Air are my choices, top class works! Carsten Keller’s release Totemic is a musical journey through the winter. Sometimes warm and cozy at the fireplace, sometimes the snow lashes vigorously in your face.
All four original pieces are based on themes originally composed for commercials and have now revised and refined.
Remixes are provided by the Kompakt Ambient artist Max Würden, NASA composer and Ultimate Records artist Lars Leonhard, Tech House and Techno producer Claas Reimer as well as the Electrobreaks- and Electronic tinkerers Nycteus.
As I saw Max Wuerden on a performance at St Gertrud Church in Cologne where I also performed one day later, I love his sound very much. Carsten Keller – Smoky Air (CLSRM 005)
Since middle of the 90s Carsten Keller is musician and composer for electronic Pop Music. With the German-singing Electro band „garbo“ he released the EP „laut sprecher“ in 2002. 2005 the EP „coverworks“ was following under his synonyme „T.O.N“ on his own imprint schaltkreis which is also well known through the releases of chaos:digital and urban electronic poetry.
Carsten Keller comes up with an extraordinary EP on CLSRM Digital. „Smoky Air“ is serving an intelligent mixture of genres where each track is emotive, dreamy and melodic on its own way but without missing the rhytmic component. With „Testify“ he even offers a smashing bass banger. On top Claas Reimer added a more floor-orientated remix of the title track.
